Mini-WOW moments

I have the day off from work today and decided to pack in as many things as possible.  I started out my morning at a kickboxing class at the gym.  It was my first time going and I absolutly LOVED it!!  I did the full 60 minutes, and although I was sweating like crazy....I felt so great afterwards and proud of the fact that I finished the entire thing.  57 pounds ago and I wouldn't have been able to do it!  I also went and saw my PCP for my annual visit (fun fun!).  He was probably as excited as I was by the changes that I have made and the weight loss.  He was so happy to hear about the exercise and the fact that I signed up to do my first 5K in May.  Also for the first time in forever...my blood pressure was perfect!  It use to always be elevated when I first got to the doctor's because I dreaded going and was always so nervous.  This time, I was happy to be going and super excited to share my good news with my PCP that I was as calm as could be!  Okay...sorry for the rant....I was just really excited by how well things went!  Hope you all are having a great day!!

My mini-wow moment was seeing a short man at work at world the other day. :)

I'm just a bad joke teller don't mind me.

My mini-wow moment is myself...not that I'm a minimal version of what I used to be.

And thats awesome...and please don't ever kick me. - thats inspiring though...I need to start getting into running more.

It ain't how you die it's how you breathe - it ain't what you take it's what you leave and conceive. What you got is nothing if your soul don't represent it -...present it, because it ain't where you from it's where you been kid.

Took my heart; froze that. Promised that if I opened it up it would
never close back.

LOL...I love it...you know you're really making changes when you can make a medical professional say "wow" when they see you!
